Change and Barriers

Lighthouse ParkI just finished writing an article that will never get published. It was necessary from a  journal perspective to get my head back into the right space where I could ask myself the hard question – “why am I doing this”.

The take away message (from this post that you’ll never read) is two simple questions, relating to our stewardship of the earth –

  1. What can you change to make things more sustainable?
  2. And what are the barriers to making that change?

A long term view requires all activities to progressively become more sustainable, therefore innovation is essential in all we do. Never stop learning, and never stop listening.

I think spending some time at a lighthouse this weekend helped me. That and fly fishing.
