Microsoft has released some more free software, I’ve been using their Live Writer Beta to do most of my blogging, (even with the bugs, it is the coolest desktop blog publishing software around!), and now for those who run small businesses in the US, they’ve released this…
Microsoft Corp has released “Office Accounting Express 2007,” financial management software designed for early start-ups and home-based businesses. “Office Accounting Express 2007″ consists of desktop software available as free download, and seven integrated online services.

Be warned that the download is large, 300+MB, and it is only fully functional in the US, (I imagine that means tax, credit card transactions etc). Hopefully they can internationalize this release before it gets bundled in with office 2007 editions.

I hadn’t heard of it until I hadn’t heard of it until now, seems interesting. Nice that it’s freeware.
Office Accounting Express Office Accounting Express seem no bad, but I don’t believe it will be free forever, for free accounting software , I choice compuex express accounting, it is fully functional, commercial-grade, offers everthing that you need.
