Radio News and Chickens Again

I got behind on my posts this weekend, and as a result, I’m writing this before I run into yet another meeting. Hopefully I’ll finish off one of my draft posts later tonight for your viewing pleasure tomorrow.

If you didn’t hear, I was interviewed on CBC radio Kelowna this morning (Wednesday) about Sustainability in Castlegar – Councillor Kevin Chernoff has the mic tomorrow morning (Thursday 12th of March). For the early birds, it’s on at 6:43am Pacific Time, and if you’re not in the area, you can listen in on this streaming audio.

In other news, Sandy from Kootenay Food Strategy sent a letter to Castlegar Council asking if they are going to consider our request from last summer about urban chickens and miniature goats in Castlegar.
